PLS, a provider of managed freight handling personnel to grocery, food service, tire and retail distribution warehouse centers, will use the reports to help customers better manage their business and benchmark performance.
Andy Feibus, CEO of VersaReports, explained that users can store completed
reports in the database for security or on disk for faster access and easier backup.
Universal Report Server works with any report designer that supports Microsoft.Net and offers scheduling, security, archival and distribution functionality.
A multi-threaded report runner allows more than one report to be scheduled to run at any moment and time zone “normalization”, so that timestamps are displayed using the time zone in the user’s location.
URS means that
PLS’s customers can choose from a variety of
reports that can track product from when it enters the facilities gate until it is securely in its warehouse.
