The new company will be owned equally by
Hayton Coulthard and GDL (Holdings) Ltd. The fleet will eventually be rebranded to Hayton Coulthard Transport.
Gregory Distribution currently operates more than 400 vehicles from three distribution centres located in Devon and near Bristol.
Hayton Coulthard Freight Forwarding operates a fleet of 120 trailers. Its services include freight forwarding, trailer hire, refrigerated transport, warehousing, abnormal loads and mechanical offloading.
The merger is expected to be completed on February 1, 2010.
