Independent spend management specialist JAGGAER is digitally transforming the procurement and supplier management processes for Arcadis Italia, the global design and consultancy firm.
Using the JAGGAER Advantage platform, Arcadis Italia has been able to implement fully-traceable, transparent, and efficient procurement processes, in addition to offering suppliers the opportunity to apply online directly through the Arcadis Italia portal.
In just over two months following the implementation of the platform, the Arcadis Italia portal has already published 22 requests for quotations and registered over 400 suppliers.

“The JAGGAER Advantage platform allows us to qualify suppliers based on our objective parameters – for example, the possession of certain certifications – ensuring adherence to the selection requirements.
“We also introduced scoring systems and collaborative assessment mechanisms of technical offers involving different company departments to ensure impartiality and compliance in the supplier assessment processes in particularly complex areas, such as tenders for public-sector job orders.”
The platform was implemented in four weeks and is being already widely used by the procurement department and suppliers.
