Navigating volatility
Throughout the last year, ongoing volatility has shaped supply chain operations. US tariffs, inflation, climate change, AI and conflict have all had their impact on how supply chains work. Constantly changing environments have meant that businesses need to prepare for turbulence, creating multiple solutions, risk mitigation strategies and stronger relationships.

In the PwC 2025 Digital Trends in Operations Survey, 91% of organisations cited US trade policy as a major catalyst for reshaping supply chains.
