Janelle Orozco, Chief Procurement Officer (NA) at The Kraft Heinz Company
Janelle Orozco has more than two decades of experience in the consumer goods industry – particularly in food and beverages – under her belt. She currently holds the position of Chief Procurement Officer (NA) at The Kraft Heinz Company. In this capacity, Janelle oversees a spend exceeding US$16bn and leads a team of 150 individuals.
Janelle spearheads the ongoing procurement transformation within the company. Her primary focus lies in enhancing business relationships through streamlined and adaptable processes. Additionally, she concentrates on recruiting and retaining a diverse workforce to foster end-to-end value generation.
Recognised for her authenticity and forward-thinking approach, Janelle excels in marketing, commercial and supply chain functions, driving impactful change along the way. She is strongly dedicated to diversity and inclusion, striving to create an inclusive environment where every individual feels empowered to contribute fully.
Prior to joining The Kraft Heinz Company, Janelle accumulated two decades of invaluable experience at Diageo.
