Australian Warehousing Association joins Federation
The Australian Warehousing Association (AusWA) has become a member of the International Federation of Warehousing and Logistics Associations (IFWLA)
Australia was endorsed by the International Council at the recent IFWLA meeting held in Vancouver, Canada in May this year.
AusWA National President, Bill Henman, said: “With Australia becoming a member of IFWLA, the opportunity to develop global networks, have knowledge of a particular country’s business and trade rules, industry trends and application of technology is a real benefit."
The Federation comprises Australia, Canada, China, Chinese Taipei, Cyprus, France, India, Iran, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Latvia, Mauritius, Ukraine, United Kingdom, USA and Vietnam.
A not-for-profit Association, the IFWLA was developed over 30 years ago.
