Intervolve augments executive team with seasoned software executive Don McCall as CEO to broaden its beverage and consumer market span.

Intervolve, Inc., a company which provides on demand supply chain software using web and mobile technologies, recently announced that it has augmented its leadership team with seasoned software executive Don McCall as CEO. Don McCall brings to Intervolve strong executive leadership experience in the areas of packaged and web-based software, with a stellar record of managing and scaling high growth companies. Chris Newton, Intervolve Chairman, takes on the additional role of EVP to focus on market and customer needs by leading the company’s sales, marketing, and implementation teams.

Chris Newton, Intervolve chairman and EVP, says, “I am very pleased to welcome Don to the Intervolve leadership team. The Board of Directors joins me in saying that Don’s great experience building teams and managing high growth are key to our expansion strategy. Don knows how to build on a strong foundation and grow a successful company, which we define as nothing short of our clients being the envy of the entire consumer goods market.”

Intervolve continues to gain momentum in the beverages market in 2007. As the company nears the halfway point in the year, it is already at a 35% increase in software revenues over all of 2006. It also has commitments that will double its installed base during 2007. Continuing to invest in exceptional talent will ensure the company keeps its technology advantage and widens the gap with competitors – across all tiers of distribution in beverage and consumer markets.

Don McCall, Intervolve CEO, comments, “I am energized about joining such a talented company. The more I met with the Intervolve management team and others across the organization, the more I discovered the company’s breadth and depth.” Mr. McCall continues, “Intervolve can truly be the dominant force in the industry. We already have industry-leading products, the know-how to stay ahead of the market, and great commitment and chemistry across the organization. Now it’s time to scale by making vital investments in the product and in company growth to realize our inevitable potential. It’s going to be fun!”

Mr. McCall joins Intervolve from SirsiDynix Corporation where he was Chief Operating Officer. SirsiDynix is a global software company that provides strategic technology solutions to improve the internal productivity of libraries. During Mr. McCall’s tenure, the company's revenue grew over 150%, with significant increases in net profit. Prior to SirsiDynix, Mr. McCall was Vice President and officer of five divisions of T. Rowe Price Group. At Ceridian, he was Vice President Service, Vice President Tax Filing Services, and Vice President Service Operations.
